2、對于2mm以上厚度鋼板的筒體焊接，由于焊縫的間隙比較大，采用工件的母材自身熔化不能填平焊縫，形成焊接缺陷，這時需要加上自動填絲機構，在焊接過程中增加金屬的熔化量來填平焊縫，達到高質(zhì)量的焊縫。

2. For the cylinder welding of steel plate with thickness more than 2mm, due to the large gap of the weld, the base metal of the workpiece can't fill the weld, forming welding defects. At this time, the automatic wire filling mechanism needs to be added to increase the amount of metal melting in the welding process to fill the weld, so as to achieve high quality weld.

3、直縫自動焊機的熱源選擇：直縫自動焊機的熱源主要有鎢極氬弧焊機、等離子焊機、CO2/MIG/MAG熔化極氣體保護焊機、埋弧焊機、激光焊機等。對于鋁、鎂及合金等，一般采用交流氬弧焊機或者MIG焊機焊接。對于不銹鋼可采用除CO2/MAG焊機以外的所有直流焊機。對于普通碳鋼可采用上述所有焊機。

3.
