1、檢查焊接變位機(jī)翻轉(zhuǎn)傳動

(1)傾斜傳動應(yīng)平穩(wěn)，在負(fù)載下不抖動，整機(jī)不會傾覆。當(dāng)負(fù)載Q超過25kg時(shí)，應(yīng)有電源驅(qū)動功能。

(2)設(shè)置限位裝置，控制傾角，并具有角度指示標(biāo)志。

(1)旋轉(zhuǎn)驅(qū)動電機(jī)應(yīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)無級調(diào)速，并能實(shí)現(xiàn)制動。

(2)在轉(zhuǎn)動速度范圍內(nèi)，承受負(fù)荷時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)速波動不超過百分之5。

(1)變位機(jī)應(yīng)設(shè)置導(dǎo)電裝置，以避免焊接電流穿過軸承、齒輪等傳動部位。導(dǎo)電性設(shè)備的電阻不能超過1mΩ，且其容量要滿足焊接額定電流的要求。

(1) The positioner shall be equipped with conductive device to avoid welding current passing through the bearing, gear and other transmission parts. The resistance of conductive equipment shall not exceed 1m Ω, and its capacity shall meet the requirements of welding rated current.

(2)變位機(jī)控制部分應(yīng)設(shè)置聯(lián)動接口，用于自動焊接。
