2、送絲機(jī)及其調(diào)速控制系統(tǒng)對(duì)于送絲機(jī)速度控制精度要求較高的送絲機(jī)，控制電路需要加速度反饋。

2. The wire feeder and its speed control system require high precision in wire feeder speed control, and the control circuit requires acceleration feedback.

3、焊頭。其運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)由焊頭、焊頭支撐架、懸掛小車等組成，低于焊頭機(jī)構(gòu)，其驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)需要采用帶編碼器的伺服電機(jī)。

3. Welding head. Its motion mechanism consists of a welding head, a welding head support frame, a suspension car, etc., which is lower than the welding head mechanism. Its driving system needs to use a servo motor with an encoder.

4、行走機(jī)構(gòu)，如焊輥架、頭尾架翻轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)、轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)、變位機(jī)等，活動(dòng)行走機(jī)構(gòu)需要由伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)。

5. 8、焊頭跟蹤或?qū)驒C(jī)構(gòu)、弧壓自動(dòng)控制器、焊槍偏航及監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。

8. Welding head tracking or guiding mechanism, arc pressure automatic controller, welding gun yaw and monitoring system.
