（1）觸點(diǎn)接觸不好，線圈故障；處理方法：處理接觸器觸點(diǎn)，必要時(shí)更換接觸器。

（2）熱繼電器失靈；處理方法：更換熱繼電器或使其復(fù)位。

（2）正向，反向繼電器不動(dòng)作；處理方法：檢查接線是否松動(dòng)，繼電器有無故障，將線擰牢或更換繼電器。

(3)變頻器面板接觸松動(dòng)；處理方法：檢查變頻器，緊固螺絲使其接觸良好。
